Installing OpenSSL (Windows)
Assuming you already have mIRC installed, the process of installing openssl is actually quite simple.

First off, go to this URL and download yourself a copy of OpenSSL from here, or alternatively you can search google for OpenSSL windows.

Now once you have downloaded your copy of OpenSSL, double click on it and follow the instructions to install OpenSSL to your C:\.

Next, if mIRC is still open you will have to close it and then restart mIRC for it to detect the new OpenSSL settings.

To connect to our network using mIRC and SSL type the following command in the quotations into your mIRC client: "/server irc.ungowa.org +7000", only whats inside the brackets of course. After successfully following these instructions you will be connected to our network with SSL, Congrats!
